With our Kentucky Derby theme this year, you can expect to see prizes that include Kentucky Derby tickets as well as Retama Park tickets.
There are a number of sponsorship opportunities available to our members. The Trade Fair is one of the best ways that we all have for networking with all of our members. This fundraiser allows us to continue to provide you and your organization with the many membership benefits that you have come to expect from the IIASA.

Theme - Kentucky Derby
Requested by our members, this year's trade fair will be Kentucky Derby themed.
The Kentucky Derby is known for being the most famous horse race in American history, but everyone knows that's not what it's really about. It's all about big hats, high fashion, and more big hats, and to stay consistent we are hosting a Kentucky Derby hat contest!
General Gate Admission
Each ticket includes access to race day appetizers, two drinks of your choice including Mint Julips, beer and wine, and a winning drawing ticket. General admission can enter the venue after the bugle call at 3:30pm.
Gate Admission: $20 There are no refunds for GA
Bulk Admission (10): $150 Other bulk orders can be worked out with the association

Don't be last to claim one of the 55 booths available this year! Leave the gate now and register to make sure you have a good spot!
Each exhibitor spot includes one table, two chairs, tablecloths, two admission tickets for booth workers and access to race day food at the event.
Booth layouts are constructed by the Trade Fair Committee to ensure the best possible booth location of each exhibitor. We’ll be sending booth assignments to all exhibitors two weeks before the event.Please notify us in advance if you'd like to be placed next to another company.
