 Ross OrmondA graduate of Texas A&M, Ross manages Offenhauser & Co’s San Antonio office where he primarily focuses on property & casualty coverage for clients in the construction, energy and international marketplaces. Though he’s only been in the industry since 2012, Ross is already recognized as leader amongst his insurance colleagues and IIAT members. He currently chairs IIAT’s ELITExas Group and serves on several other boards. Ross is very active in his community and spends much of his spare time volunteering. He serves on the board for the Believe-It Foundation, a foundation that helps enrich the lives of physically challenged children. He’s also an active member of the American Institute of Architects San Antonio Chapter, Society of American Military Engineers, San Antonio Sports Development Committee, Young Texans Against Cancer, The Witte Museum Society, Olmos Kiwanis Club, St. Jude’s Ranch and Alamo Heights United Methodist Church.  Eric Cervantes CRM, CICGraduated from Robert E Lee in 1997 and moved on to Texas A&M University graduating in 2001. Played around in the mortgage business for 4 years before finding insurance/getting gobbled up in insurance. After 4 years of working as a marketing rep for Amcomp and The Hartford Eric transitioned to the independent insurance agency side. Eric has been an independent agent for 7 years and started his own firm RPM Insurance & Risk Management April of 2015. Eric is a CIC and CRM and enjoys learning about the risk management side of our industry. Eric has a beautiful wife Robyn and 2 children. 3 yr old daughter Layla and 4 month old son Rome. In a former life Eric competed in a half Ironman and enjoys working out, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends. Directors

Karen Montgomery, CIC, CRISKaren received her insurance license in 1993, she began her work in Texas and has been a part of the Whitaker Insurance Associates team since 1997. In her time in insurance she has earned her CIC and CRIS designations. She also serves on several other boards and committees including Northwest Hills UMC, Greater San Antonio Builders. She’s married to Frank Montgomery since 1980. We met when I went to the University of Oklahoma.
